Quick checks

    The notch companion isn’t visible

    Open Tamiyoka, choose Preferences, and turn on the notch companion. Tamiyoka works on Macs with or without a physical display notch.

    A purchase isn’t showing

    Open the premium screen and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm that the Mac is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.

  3. 03

    The free timer is unavailable

    Free access includes 15 total focus minutes each local day. You can use one 15-minute session or split the allowance into shorter sessions.

  4. 04

    Closing the window

    Closing Tamiyoka’s main window leaves an active timer running in the notch and menu bar. Use Quit Tamiyoka if you want to stop the app.

Your companion, focus history, task names, and preferences are stored on this Mac. Tamiyoka does not require an account.
